HOW DOES MACFORCE OFFICERS APPROACH
HOTEL SECURITY?

In order to provide the best hotel security solution for you, our security experts first aim to understand your security requirements and expectations, analyze potential risks and then determine a strategy in consultation with you. At Macforce Security we believe that hotel security should not feel intrusive and should provide a safe environment without compromising on guest’s enjoyment and comfort. In order to implement this approach we insist that our hotel security personnel are experienced, vigilant and highly professional , as well as friendly and welcoming. They will perform a multitude of security tasks and service duties according to your needs. Our guards are fully vetted and trained to the highest of standards in safety and customer service. They can be equipped with surveillance tools such as CCTV, body worn cameras and two-way-radios which can act as additional deterrents to prevent theft, anti-social behavior and other security risks. Our well rounded and flexible approach to your hotel security means that we are poised and ready to respond to and meet your exact requirements.

Adding Value

Unusually, if any of our operatives intend to work in the sector, we give them additional training so that they can provide useful support services to hotel staff. During quiet periods, such as late at night, when it might not be practical to assign both a security guard and a receptionist to attend the main desk, our multi-skilled security guards can perform essential duties such as receiving deliveries, handling enquiries and taking messages. This enables our clients to reduce their costs while still maintaining a reliable and responsive service.

GPS accountability
patrol system software

At Macforce we specialize in hotel and securing hospitality style venues. We’ve implemented a new software technology. It is a 21st century approach to the old “Deggy point” system but allows a more flexible approach to patrolling. It will map officer’s movements but as incidents happen it will give users a hot spot to show the incident but also read the reports that are made for the incident. Staffing currently has been a unique hurdle for all public facing businesses, we are no exception. We are currently implementing companywide training to offer first aid and critical report writing skills. We are constantly looking for the best talent in the industry, but what we cannot find, we can build. At Macforce we believe with encouragement and direction we can take an ordinary workforce and make it extraordinary.
